The construction of the OROSOL® R&D center took two years, with a total investment of 2.6 billion US dollars and a land area of over 1000 acres. It has four mechanical equipment technology innovation and technical service platforms, including system integration innovation research and development, major equipment manufacturing engineering technology research and development, industrial product testing, and international trade of complete sets of electromechanical products, mainly undertake functions such as research and development, incubation, design, and testing. The total amount of research and development projects exceeds 2 trillion yuan annually,making it the R&D center with the widest coverage, most complete business chain, and strongest R&D capabilities in China’s heavy machinery industry.

The whole R & D center of OROSOL® consists several technical departments including mechanical design, electrical design, hydraulic design, mechanical technology, and electronic system integration. Each technical department is led by a department manager and has several research and development teams. Among them, the electronic system has successfully developed a comprehensive cabling system, closed-circuit television monitoring and anti-theft alarm system, one card network system, access control system, parking management system, information release system, multimedia information query system, cable television system, intelligent lighting control system, energy consumption measurement system, conference system, etc., providing a complete electronic system guarantee for the normal operation of mechanical equipment.

OROSOL® R&D Center currently has over 500 senior talents with doctoral and master’s degrees, and has established long-term cooperative R&D relationships with renowned universities in China to promote the transformation of technological achievements into productivity.

OROSOL® R&D Center Working Process:

1. Requirement analysis – The R&D center determines the R&D direction and performance indicators of new products based on market demand and customer feedback.

2. Design Proposal – Each technical department develops a preliminary design proposal and conducts review and modification.

3. Prototype production – Produce a prototype based on the design plan, conduct performance testing and verification.

4. Revise and improve – adjust and modify the product based on test results and user feedback.

5. Standardized production – After completing verification and achieving the set goals, small-scale trial production is carried out, and finally enters the stage of large-scale production.
